I have & it looks healthy. Been in pot since last Summer & has been fine through the Winter.

Is this one likely to be rampant?

Mine has kept itself to a lovely clump about 4 feet across, this year has 19 plumes on it. (3 yrs old)

Can these be potted outdoors now or do I need to wait for spring?

I would probably wait for spring unless you are going to cover the ground with straw etc
