I purchased these for hormone regulation. I had been feeling a bit off. Safe to say these did the trick and had me feeling myself again. Big pill but easy to swallow. No smell with quality support. A must have in my supplements.

This is a good product, 0 side effects and I feel pretty much back to normal.. hormones must be getting more balanced.My moods are good and calm compared to before taking these. I’ve been through a double mastectomy and a diep flap reconstruction within the past year. I was taking letrozole which was taking away all my female and woman feelings! No libido at all!! So I stopped taking that and started with these supplements, so thankful I did that. So like I said I feel like a woman!! Seriously the best choice for anyone of you ladies that think in a positive way about natural fixes rather than chemical pharmaceuticals!!

Very good results with this supplement. I've been using DIM prescribed by my physician because of the bio identical hormone therapy I'm using.So after reading the wonderful reviews of many buyers, I decided to try these ones instead. And, I'm very happy with the results.They do exactly what they say. I totally recommend them, I see an improvement in my mood, and a decrease in my hormonal symptoms.

The product is good, but the seal on the lid (after removing the cap) is the MOST difficult to remove of any product I have ever used!!! It is so strongly attached with glue. I end up using a knife to open it and even that is difficult.

This product has finally offered me some relief from menopause symptoms. In a few days I have noticed fewer hot flashes, I've been sleeping better and feel more focus during the day and have more energy. The all natural ingredients; pomegranate fruit extract, Calcium D-Gluconate, and Vitamin E made me feel safe to try it without worry of negative side effects. I am unable to take hormone replacement and was only offered antidepressants which I didn't want to take. Happy to have found this product!

I've been taking this DIM supplement for almost a month now, but I can already tell it's working for me. For several years my periods have been extremely heavy and painful. The last few months have been the worst I've ever experienced, maybe because I'm 4 years away from 50. My boob's would also ache so bad 1-2 weeks before my period. I'm now starting my period for this month (sorry TMI) and I had no boob pain and the flow is so much lighter. No cramps yet! I think I will continue on this supplement as I think it's helping me.

I appreciate that this supplement has all of the nutrients to balance estrogen and get "bad" estrogen out of your body. I like that it's Liposomal for better bioavailability. It's helping with perimenopause symptoms. I will continue to use this supplement but I'd like to see it with less dim, maybe 300mg.
