what are the dimensions of the model once complete?

Unfortunately, because of the kit's terrible design of the nacelle struts (where they join the dorsal hull) the nacelles are too heavy to be supported by the base of the struts, so after much effort, they eventually collapsed and the whole kit ended up in the plastic recycling. I know this doesn't help with the question of dimensions, but it's worth knowing beforehand! A shame as it's a great model let down by a bad injection mold. They had addressed the similar issues with the TOS version for the current kit, so it's disappointing they couldn't have readdressed the same with the current edition of the refit. An expensive waste. But perhaps a seasoned modeller could end up with a more successful result. Good luck!
