Boy what a treat to open this kit up. The feel of the products, the 10 out of 10 looks, the ease of connecting the individual components together, heck even the packaging was cool! This is the most high quality car washing equipment I’ve ever used…period.I will say one end of the hose had seized up a bit from sitting, the grease had dried out. Just needed a little more grease on the bearings, but again even with that the gun and hose were light years better feeling in my hands than any others I’ve tried, and I’ve tried 6 other brands.I connected everything to the active 2.0 system and it worked flawlessly. Definitely worth the money for the quality you get imho.I cleaned my car in record time and the feel of the water coming out of this set up was like a commercial car wash.Very glad I went back to this kit after trying a few others and not quite getting the feel I wanted out of them.

Absolutely love this product I use it all the time and would recommend it to anyone that cares about their vevicle.

Fantastic set of tools you need to power wash literally EVERYTHING!

Three weeks ago (April 29th) I received the Active accessory bundle. The hose wouldn’t connect to the spray gun and I realized one end of the quick connect was broken during assembly. I called Active on Monday April 31st and spoke with customer service. Explained the situation and he said they would send me out a new hose in 5-7 biz days. I asked if it would be better to send back the whole kit for an exchange but he said no. Three weeks later, still no hose. I’ve called back several times and while the people I speak try to be helpful they can’t give me a clear answer. It’s always it’ll be sent by end of week or give it a few days more. The product looks great but customer service is lacking.

This is an excellent kit. The foam cannon is exceptional. The entire kit and very high quality. Love it.

I ordered the 2.0 pressure washer accessory kit, but it was missing the 1.35 orifice. That’s a key part of the setup, especially since it’s the one recommended for their specific pressure washer. It’s frustrating that it wasn’t included. Everything else in the kit looks good, but missing a crucial piece like this is a hassle.
