Q: Some Reply for our customer: 1.Regarding the pulp not being ejected efficiently.

Pls note if there's a little or no produce in the Hopper, the remaining pulp may not be pushed out effectively. In such cases, If you want to keep juicing, just add the ingredients, the pulp will eject properly, or cleaning the juicer directly.

Q: Regarding the food particles get in the bottom at Reverse Mode.

Pls dont turn the REV mode for a long time, only 3-5 s is ok and It's normal the food particles get in the inner of juicing parts, it's not juicing Mode but it's useful for blockage, dont worry the strainer will keep the tasty of the juice.

Q: Regarding the overheating Issue

when juicing hard veggies like carrots, extended use with hard ingredients the motor will overheat. Pls refer the user manual's troubleshooting part, We suggest to take a break after 10 mins juicing to allow the motor to cool down.

Q: How to clean the small silicone flap which at the pulp outlet?

The silicone flap is an opeanble design, you can press down the pulp outlet to open it for cleaning(as the 6th main picture)

Q: Why does pomace flow out of the juice outlet?
