Solid, sturdy, good value. Wanted as pan support to use above gas burners for greater stability

Good for cooking outside. We use cast iron pot to cook on it.

Due to the camp site long grass i could not use a ground fire so couldnt use it as a grill but did use it as a low table to cook off and put hot pots on. Its strong and no doubt will be a good grill but i found the folding legs can collapse easily and it could really benefit from a locking mechinism. Oh and its heavy. Ive only given 4 star because i haven't used it over an open fire yet.

I like the size of this grill it allows me to cook several things at the same time, the gauge of the steel is strong enough to support things like a Dutch oven but not prohibitively heavy for transportation. For this price I would certainly recommend.

Does the job

Summary;Nice and sturdy well made little campfire grill, i used it all day and it never sagged once or got out of shape in my ownership once, I am very impressed at this pricepoint.Construction:It is made out of mild steel with a surface coating which gives it a wroght iron like feel (It isnt wrought iron), the workmanship is crude and the welds look questionable but it is sturdy and hasnt failed me and so for light duty like cooking I dont forsee a issue.

Amazing bit of kit for campfire cooking, always take it with me,easy to clean and take care of ,well worth it

This is one of those items that is cheaply made from poor grade steel. It’s not going to last long and the spot welds are dispersed every few inches.For the price it’s ok but when I’ve put in some welds and fitted corner braces it will be much better. At the price of £17.50 for the xl it represents reasonable value for money.
