what is the percentage of truffle in the salt?

I don't know the percentage. But it has a nice strong truffle flavor. It is a truffle SALT. So of course you taste the salt too. But you can easily discern a nice rich truffle flavor. I think it is very good. If you would like more truffle flavor without adding saltiness, pair this with a truffle oil.

Does this contain any synthetic ingredients or aromas?
