Could you please change the packaging on the liver paste, my dog loves it but i havent got the strength in my fingers to squeeze the paste out

I will pass your comments over to our marketing department. In the meantime, you might find a metal key helpful. They are usually advertised as toothpaste tube squeezers. If you want to contact Arden Grange directly we can send a link to one which is a suitable size as the treat tube is quite a bit thicker than many toothpaste tubes.

Can you confirm shelf life for 12 tubes please

Shelf Life unopened is good enough but the box of 12 is more expensive per tube than buying them individually! You're better off just ordering 12 (or fewer) but not in the box.

Does this need kept in the fridge? I was looking to take it with us on walks for recall motivation

Hi, yes it is meant to be kept in the fridge however I find it’s difficult to get out of the tube when you next need it. I have personally used it up over a period of days out of the fridge but in a cool place.
