I’ve been using Hydravive during the recent heatwave and it’s been great. On days when I just can’t manage to drink as much water as I should, one of these sachets helps me feel rehydrated and more energised quickly.It also works brilliantly as a pick-me-up when I’m feeling a bit low or run down especially after a long day or a poor night’s sleep. The flavour (I tried the blackcurrant) is genuinely delicious, not too sweet, and it mixes effortlessly with water.Highly recommend keeping a few sachets on hand, especially for travel, workouts, or recovery days.

Delicious, easy to prepare, easily dissolved.
Hydravive is an excellent choice for quick and effective hydration! Packed with essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium, it helps you feel refreshed and energised.I got the blackcurrant and they are easy to prepare. I love the flavour and they dissolve easily with no residue at the bottom of the glass. Would fully recommend.

Too sweet in taste (still effective)
It’s pretty effective! However it was too sweet to drink but I added some lemon and water and it was fine

Product is fine, I use it at my circuits class, it certainly does NOT taste of Watermelon more akin to pre colonoscopy drink but it does the job
