DOOM: The Dark Ages - Xbox Series X

Awesome game.

Full on demon slaughtering carnage. YEAH.

Being a fan of all of the Doom series, I really enjoyed the modern installments from the release of the 2016 version, through to Eternal and now The Dark Ages. Its more of the usual smashing demons carnage, with some new weapon features. In this game, doom slayer also has a shield which really changes the way you engage in combat, it feels different but you soon get used to it and its great fun to smash and slice through your enemies. Whereas in Doom Eternal, there was a focus on mobility with lots of jumping/climbing, Dark Ages feels heavier and more like the Doom gameplay of old but with a modern take. I found that the graphics settings took a bit of tweaking on my hdr 4k tv, and i slowed down the axis speed in the controller options as it felt movement was a little too fast, but its personal preference.Graphically I think it looks pretty good and theres the usual heavy metal soundtrack to really crank up when your slaying the spawn of hell. In conclusion this game is insanely good fun, a total blast to play. If you are a fan of the Doom games you wont be disappointed.

okey game but need more chapters like another 10 of them and a couple of more weapons
