I use this product for light timers. It integrates well with Alexa. It keeps our fish tank on a perfect light schedule. Worked well for Christmas lights. Very rarely do we have issues most issues are easily resolved by unplugging and replugging it in. I have bought more because this is a good product.

I bought four of these in September of 2018. They have run with no problems using both my Google Home and Smartlife Android app. I have read the negative reviews and can only say, my experience has been all good. Maybe I got lucky for once.

After changing my internet provider, I can’t able to reconfigure any of the plug. I kept my wifi password same. I only used for 6 months. I tried all options. Dont know how I reuse it. Can I get help?

Like: When purchased on sale from a non-US supplier, the price was exceptional. Reliable when using the replacement Smart Life app (avoid the Jinvoo app). Ease in setup in the Smart Life and Alexa app. Group control is very convenient.Plugs appear to auto-reconnect following loss of power. Plugs only cover one outlet. Status LED's are easy to read and understand. 10A rating.Dislike: The Jinvoo app lost connectivity about a year after installation. Had to install Smart Life app to reconnect and control. Prompted for firmware update following installation despite concerns regarding secure access. Price has increased substantially from what I had originally paid.

What do you know - they failed right after return period. Seems it is a common problem based on other postings but the company sure doesn't seem to be concerned with letting the customer know. I have no way to reach out and have given up on seeing these work.

After some difficulty with set up (many repeated tries), it worked fine for a while. But now it's completely dead. When I unplugged it it was very hot. It was supposed to be warrantied, but there is no way to contact the manufacturer.
