Q: Does this kill mosquito eggs?

That is not it’s intended purpose. I’m sure you could use enough to do that but at much higher concentration than suggested. Moving water in fountain usually limits mosquito reproduction.

Q: Why is my water foaming?

Usually because the product has killed a lot of algae. Dead organic will make the water foam. A partial change of water will make it foam less. To much product will make it foam also. You have to find a happy medium.

Q: Does this turn water blue ?

No. It turns the water clear once it kills the algae. Food coloring turns the water blue.

Q: Will it kill plants around the fountain?

One of our plants seemed to be damaged by it. Do not use if you have any fish or reptiles. It will kill them
