DELL 1703FPT 17" Flat Panel Color Monitor

I thought that cosmetic damage meant some scratches in the plastic casing, in fact, it meant some dark spots in the monitor display where someone's fingers may have pushed in too hard. It works for the application for which I bought it. I would not buy form this vendor again.

This product was good for the price. Except there was no sound coming from it. Because the sound bar and the plug-in piece was not included. As was given in the search engine when I camen across it.

No problems, works great, received quickly.

I've been purchasing these monitors for a nonprofit organization, Integrated Rehabilitation Therapies of Huntington Beach, CA ( [...] ), which was donated several Dell computers over the last few years without decent monitors. These Dell 1703FPT are a perfect fit and their USB connections on the monitors are a great help to the disabled clients who use the computers. So far, I've purchased 3 monitors from various vendors and they all work well.

Very good customer service, they solved my trouble after 3 months passed from selling item, and I was surprised from their good consideration! I have ordered the refurbished Monitor , but that was really like a new and it works well, that was very good deal and good price.

I was more than pleased with this monitor. I got it at a great price, it works perfectly, and it came with a soundbar that has given me much more control over my listening environment.

I would rate it no star but i can't. i received a different model, the panel had blue marks all over the screen. very disappointed.
