IF YOU HAVE VERTICO OR OCASONAL DIZZY SPELLS THIS PRODUCT WORKS GREAT. THE TABLETS ARE CHEWABLE SO YOU COULD TAKE THEM WITHOUT WATER IF NEED BE, I KEEP SOME IN MY CAR AND AT HOME.

Product works very well to stop motion sickness especially in a car or in a bus as a passenger. However I have noticed that it causes extreme drowsiness. My recommendation is to not take an entire pill but to actually break it in half. Has no bitter taste.
