Love my new ActBest RACE ebike.Bike was very EASY TO ASSEMBLEfairly smooth power (though you need to get used to it coming on as you start to peddle) .. good throttle and cruise moderear brakes were a little loose and I had to do an easy adjustment.13AH battery reduces range anxiety ... I got 35 miles on initial charge with minor pedal assist - it still had 2 bars left out of 6 bars. LCD display has good info.I wish the bike came with quick release front wheel axle and puncture resistant tires - but for $450 it is a great bike.

rides great throughout the day only problem is that the battery might get to hot fast and go on a cool mode really comfortable seat great bike for the cost good safety built in the bike really easy to assemble when i got it overall a great bike

Good quality right out of the box. Easy assembly. First trip was 20 miles with me pedaling some along the way and the battery lasted the entire trip. Electronics has more and better features than described, including cruise control.

I have purchased 4 bikes at the same time.They looked well made and solid and were at a good price.I haven't had the bikes long enough to comment on the battery life.The assembly of the bikes right out of the box was straight forward. It took me longer to unpack all 4 bikes and to do inventory on all the parts, than to actually assemble all 4 bikes at once.As this being the first time that we have rode an ebike, we like it. It has lots of power and the display gives lots of information. The functionality of the bike is smooth and does not produce a lot of noise, but you can hear when the motor kicks in. I like the fact that the petal assist (PA) has 5 setting/levels/speeds, which also acts like a governor in the throttle only mode to control your speed. I like to use the level 2 in the PA mode.As mentioned, I bought 4 bikes at the same time. All 4 were ordered with the fenders and the rear rack.What I received was 2 with and 2 without the fenders and rear racks.I reached out to the customer service department and told them the situation and surprisingly, in a very timely manner, they responded and quickly resolved the issue. I was very impressed, especially since it's during the Christmas holidays.I think that it's a great buy with a great customer service department.

This bike delivers much more than what I expected for the price, it's well built and rides smooth, also the satin black paint makes it look very nice. Pretty happy with this purchase.! If there will be one thing to be improved, that would be the weight, a little bit lighter will be appreciated for people living in apartments complex without elevators.

I like the speed of the bike and also the way it moves is so smooth.
