Is this ground coffee like it states in description?

I bought ground and I bought beans just make sure you read the Title and description. I also verified by looking at the pictures of the actual bag that I was buying the right one. But if it says ground what came when I ordered it was ground coffee.

It says 100% Arabica with natural and artificial flavors. But to me it has no flavor at all. Idk if I got an old batch but it is just flavorless.
