I purchased this computer because I have to have windows 11 for turbo tax to work. I wasn’t familiar with the brand but I liked the price and the reviews. I was surprised to find out it was much faster than my last HP I had been using. It boots up very fast and I don’t have to wait for pages to download. It was better than I expected

I purchased this Nimo laptop, which began to experience some issues. Suddenly, it would display a blue screen and immediately shut down. The number of issues increased over time. We notified Nimo customer service, and they immediately sent us a replacement, which works perfectly. We didn't need to return the defective device. Thank you, Nimo, for such fast and efficient service.

If you’re looking for a fast, great PC, this is NOT that. But for what it is, it’s exactly what I needed. I’ll explain:My primary communications/internet devices are my iPhone and iPad. (If I were an Android guy it would be the same because portability is just convenient.) Sometimes, however, you just need a PC. For me examples are making spreadsheets, filing taxes, and managing my OneDrive files, of which I have too many. The capabilities are there on my phone and tablet, but sometimes it’s painful doing those tasks on those platforms. So for the exceptional times I have to focus on those things this laptop is good enough. It enables me to skip the trip to the library to use the PCs there.Here are some pluses: it has a huge amount of storage. If you want to back things up here it gives you lots of room. It has an extended keyboard (but see below). The battery life is fine, at least so far. The charger is less clunky than many laptops I’ve had. The screen size is nice.Here are some minuses, which for me were not show stoppers, but they are noticeable. It’s slow, to the point that you sometimes think your inputs (keystrokes, clicks, etc.) were not received and you re-enter. Not all the time, but you will occasionally be annoyed. The fingerprint reader on mine does not work. I don’t know if this is common. It just means I need to type something I each power-up. Like an idiot, I try the fingerprint reader first. The number pad is missing the right column, with not only operations but also the “Enter” key. I would not have guessed that to be a big deal, but then you find out something about how engrained your habits are.All that said, it meets my needs for occasional access to a PC and the price was a bargain.

Very solid laptop, comes with plenty of storage, upgradable with a micro SD card, doesn't seem to run too hot, but still have a laptop cooling pad for those moments of high intensity gaming, has ran pretty much everything I've thrown at it very smoothly. Did have an odd issue on the initial power on, but was more of a software issue, and it hasn't occurred since.

Love this laptop! It has all the things I want, I fingerprint scan, webcam shield, gaming capabilities, storage, and use for school. It's light weight, I love the color, it's good quality, super fast. Super worth the price point! Was easy to set up as well. Crisp clear screen and the sound quality is good. I would buy this brand again.

Charger keep disconnecting and reconnecting. Defiantly see why the sale was put on this model.
