If You Care FSC Certified Paper Cake and Pie Baking Pans, 4-Count

These are actually cheaper than the disposable tin ones I get at the grocery store, and they are just a sturdy as those too. I use them to bake a pie with a pretty sick buttery crust and once the crust cools and the fridge, it's extremely sturdy. I usually bake on a pan, so by the time it cools off it is once again sturdy. They do become flimsy, as the pie or whatever you've made in it, starts to get eaten... But again it's no different than the disposable tin ones.

Love this brand! I use their baking pans all the time and they're so convenient. I never grease them and whatever I'm baking always comes out perfect. Highly recommend.

I like the ease of using these pans I cooked cornbread in them and came out perfect evenly baked nice and brown. Only needed to spray just a small amount of non stick spray to the pan. Will definitely order and use them again was perfect for the holidays less cleanup! I wish they were reusable.

These paper pans are fantastic. I've made cornbread and banana bread in them, and they came out as non-stick. Loved that I could throw them away after the food was gone. No pan to clean.

Love these to freeze unbaked extra pies or give them to family members! Holds well even after cooking.

The pan does not require any prep. The cake removes easily, because nothing sticks. Then it is disposable, which means no cleanup. Love it.

Bought these as an eco friendly alternative to the regular little pie tins with the un recyclable lids. They were bigger than expected, but still worked with my recipes. They were sturdier than expected for my pies and were able to withstand being shuffled around. Even held up well enough to let my dinner rolls proof in them. In fact, I liked them so much, I looked up the brand online and was able to purchase a wide range of their products for cheaper than here. Still expensive!… but I’m going to email them about a wholesale option and cross my fingers. Totally recommend buying a pack and seeing what you think.

I LOVE the idea of these, but first of all, the quantity is greater than a typical American pie plate, so I was only able to make 3 cherry pies, not 4. On top of that, once baked, the "pan" was floppy. Had to be carried with two hands, and I'd done some careful lattice tops, but they all broke because the paper is so flimsy that even with two hands, they weren't stable. I may use the fourth one for a quiche someday, but I would not order these again. A good idea, but poorly constructed. Che peccato, perche' sono una buona idea.
