Does this work better than Colon Blow?

This is DEFINITELY NOT better than green bananas, jicamas, Keto Fiber, artichokes, Fiber One bars and beans! Actually, this one DOES NOT actually works...since there is NO taste, you are going to end up "fibering" up with fiber fruits and nuts. Best to eat the cereal of your choice with lots of fruit and nuts!

How do I get past the word "Poop" on the serial box and actually eat the stuff?

Poop was intentionally part of the name to persuade you to try it. I tried and it did not work. Try your favorite cereal without poop in its name and top it off with lots of fruits and nuts. Ideally, look for cereals with at least 3 grams of fiber per serving AND with the added fruit and/or nuts, you are looking at a cereal for a champion!
