Poor product and no help from seller
Set product on level surface without casters. Turned on, fan on medium, set cooling and in the morning the unit had leaked all over my oak dresser ruing the wood. Water also flooded my wood floor. Sent message to seller. Response was if the plug at the bottom was tight. It was. No help

Portable air conditioner.
This item reminded me of a toy for a toddler. The water bottles that you put water in to freeze were tiny. About 3 inches long and half an inch wide. Very disappointed in this product and did return it.

Not really cooling
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. As far as I can tell it doesn't blow any cooler than a regular fan. I was hoping for a little help because this heat is hard on my AC.

I ended up returning this item, it did not cool down my living room area! I was really disappointed. No not recommend!

Don't waste your money
Glorified fan that blows warm air. Does not cool and randomly turns off. Don't waste your money. The videos about this product is very misleading.
