Do I have to let it heat up for awhile? I tried using it twice and dosent seem like it's working

Yes, please make sure your charcoal is completely lit on both sides. We suggest using coconut charcoal. Once your charcoal is ready give it a minute or two on the bowl to heat up the shisha. Also, in the beginning you will need to take long continuous drags to get the shisha burning well to get more smoke. If you have any more questions please let us know. How long does the charcoal last?

It depends on what type of charcoal you use. Quick-light coals typically last for around 30-45 minutes Natural coconut coals last longer, around 60-90 minutes Please note - this product does not come with coals, they are sold separately At Shisha Lyfe we are currently working on our own branded hookah coals to go along with our hookahs. They will be available for purchase on Amazon soon.

Can you purchase another anti scalding cap?
