This is a good filter but downside of this is that you can't not use hot water

Good product for the price. Directions were a little confusing but works well once installed.

Was extremely hard to put on. Instructions not the best. It also leaks. I took it apart 3 times to make sure the washer and everything was right. I'm not sure why its not working properly. It doesn't seem to be a really bad product but it is small and plastic. The positive is, when I use the filter side I do not get that chlorine smell or taste., so I guess it's doing the job. I just have to figure out why it's leaking.

Pretty easy to hook up and use. Quality product...filters water tastes refreshing.

I was really looking forward to having this filter. We have terrible city tap water to were I use purchased spring to wash out fruits and veggies. It works well, I didn’t test the water so I can’t reliably inform you on how good it filters.If you have the type of basic generic faucet I have, you may have leak issues.It comes with several different attachments to fit a variety of faucets, 7 actually. The one that fit my sink faucet seems to be too long and it was leaking. When I first attempted to do it I used the tape included and it was leaking so bad it was a stream shooting out. I was out of plumbers tape so I made a trip to the store and got more. I loaded the attachment with a ton of tape. It helped a lot although I still get a few drops of water leaking out on top. Nothing too significant.Also for the type of faucet I have, it makes it a little harder to use the sink because it’s a low faucet and the filter takes up about two inches.It would be nice for it to come with an extra filter in my opinion.I do like the brand so far and will most likely get the whole house system with reverse osmosis when we move. For now this will do enough to rinse out cups and dishes before using.EDIT- originally 4 stars - the next day we switched it to filter and there was barely any water coming out. It was going into the filter part but for some reason it wasn’t coming out except for a tiny trickle. Then POP! The whole thing pops off and hits me.I’ve used several of these before since we travel and I like to use them in the vacation rentals, they work great for short term stays. I don’t know why it was such a fail with this one.
