Firm grip for comfort and support - SALEWA solution through Ferrata and summer climbing. The Rapace GTX features a 3F system for ankle support, flexibility, and perfect fit. Vibram Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) outsole features an aggressive tread pattern that provides a natural feel and a secure grip on the lock while providing superior traction. On the inside of the boot, SALEWA Bilight technology in the midsole ensures an ergonomic hold and long-term cushioning, keeping you more comfortable. The Rapace GTX is stiff enough for hybrid/semi-automatic crampons. In addition, the GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining provides optimal climate comfort when the weather is approaching, and has a full rubber rand to protect against rocks and screens.
