They are very tasty but very expensive.I haven't noticed much of a difference health wise but find them tasty to eat.Hope I'm getting some goodness from it.I take 2 every morning to kick start my day.

These have stopped 99% of the symptoms I used to get when I was due my B12 injection. I take 2 a day and up it to 4 a day when I get closer to the time of my next B12 injection.
