Q: Can this item be used on a pressure washer with 3100psi ?

I would say this fitting would not be appropriate as the description does say it is good for operating pressures of up to 1200psi. There may be a brass version made heavier for use at higher pressure, or perhaps one made of stainless steel instead of brass. I am using it at very low pressure in a computer water cooling loop to adapt thread sizes where a smaller and lighter fitting was preferable for me. I would search for a fitting that states it is good for a 3100psi working pressure or higher, or you are taking a risk of serious injury should this fitting burst.
