Will this work with schiit lyr 3 amp/dac??

Yes, this is one the two options that Schiit ships the Lyr 3 with.

My amplifier use two of these tubes, do they need to be a closely matched pair?

I would highly suggest this, each tube has it’s own distinct sound which will in turn send different sounding signals to each channel.

will this work on Schiit Vali 2?

Get a 6sn7 t0 6922 adapter. Have one in my Vali 2 right now and sounds great.
