Q: will this hold 2 tubes and tools to change a flat?

It easily holds 1 tube, two spoons, a CO2 cartridge and an air chuck. I am sure I could get an extra tube in it but I save that space for a gel or 2.

Q: Can it hold a smart phone?

I just dug out one of my earliest iPhones (generation 1?) that measures 4 1/2" x 2 1/4". It does fit but I haven't seen anyone using this old of a phone in years. If you go any bigger than this...it won't fit! I have one spare tube, X2 air cartriges, 1 tire lever and I can probably cram in 2 gel packs. I do like the design on THIS case and it does what I need...but it wont fit any of the never cell phones.

Q: Why does the product title say "strap mounted" when the description indicates that it is to be bolted on? Which is it?
