Q: Can I just pick one color to freeze it on.... lets say green? It is waterproof ? Is it temperature sensitive?

Yes you can freeze on any color! There are two sets of LEDs. One is pure white. The other is RGB which has 2 modes. The first is gradual cycle through full RGB colors, and the second mode (by pushing the button) allows you to hold or freeze on any color in the cycle. Press the button again to release and continue cycling. The lightbox is not certified waterproof, the front panel is acrylic and the shell is ABS - meant for indoor use. Temperature shouldn't matter but like any electronic product, best not to put it in extreme conditions! In saying that, we've used it outdoors for events in hot summer weather and cold winter weather and never have problems!

Q: do you sell replacement / additional letters separately?

Search Amazon for “Original Light Box Extra Letter and Symbol Packs.” For the original light box, you probably want Size A4, but check on your particular light box before you order. The price is about $12.99, and you get an assortment of letters, emojis, and colors. Good luck!

Q: Are the letter tiles rigid, or flexible?

They are bendy but rigid enough to stay in place. If you are planning to run it on batteries expect it not to work for very long. Looks great when you plug it in.
