Can it be ridden on uneven surfaces, like grass, gravel, or dirt

I have rode it on grass and got stuck a couple of times. Little push and been on my way. I don’t know about gravel or dirt.

Does the charger works on 220 Volts in European countries, also there is a car charger that we could purchase?

Yes, I believe it does work on 220 but I will check to be sure. As far as the car charger goes, I have never been asked that question in 15 years of selling EV Rider products. I know one works for another company but I will have to check with EV Rider.
