Pivots
Awesome cart, made my life easier. I don’t have a house or garage because I live in Seattle and property taxes suck, so I store my roof in my apartment. Thank god it’s on the first floor. Every year, I go through the process of tapping off all the wall corners so I can get the roof through the narrow zig zag hallways without having to do taping/mudding after. This cart can actually PIVOT. It can even go over the threshholds and random sidewalk breaks fairly easily. That stupid window stays closed too, once you have it situated on the cart. And side note, how is that still a thing? It’s the 21st century, and we all still have that stupid latchless back window. Come on Jeep. Help your people. It’s not like we’re asking you to choose between SAE or metric bolts. Also, no bungees or straps required. The roof balances on the cart surprisingly well. Oh, and the height of the cart with a 95 Wrangler roof just fits under your standard door.

AMAZING Problem Solver
love this thing! once i installed my soft-top, i haven't felt the need to remove it to re-install my hard-top. i doubt i ever will. my hard-top has been in my basement taking up a ton of space and collecting dust. anyone that owns one knows that they are unwieldy and not the easiest thing to move around and/or store effectively by yourself. well this thing works AMAZING and is well worth the investment! easy to put together and easy to set-up and put the top on it all by yourself! now i have a large section of my basement back! my hard-top is now tucked neatly into the corner taking up FAR less space. i love this thing and feel like a fool for not having gotten one sooner! highly recommend!

Provides the utility and ease you need.
The product went together okay, but it did require a bit of "persuasion" in the form of hammer blows. The drilled holes for the wheeled footing pieces were not precise enough to allow one of the wheeled footings through. A few stout hammer blows helped, though. I bought this model precisely because I did not want the typical foreign-made frustrations, so this was a moment of "Really?, I pay extra for quality and *still* have to pound the thing with a hammer? (eyeroll)"The other downgrade is the instruction set. It was not entirely evident the proper angle of the support bar when you first contemplate the item. A few reads, and a lightbulb went on, "Oh, that needs to angle in..."But those minor, fleeting frustrations aside, the product is worth the price. Lines up well, and putting the hardtop on the frame is easy. The wheels and cart move the top well. The high angle allows you to snug it up against a wall or in a corner.

After Many Failed Solution’s This Was the One!
I have to admit I thought this particular solution for the hard top off our Jeep Wrangler 4 door was going to be a complete disaster. I really did. I figured it couldn’t be any worse than the hoist solution we tried a couple weeks ago. That was painful and irritating from start to not finished.However.I was completely shocked at how easy this carrier went together and then I was floored by how easy getting the Jeep top on it and balanced was. I was mainly worried about the weight causing the expensive top to tumble and crash to the cement floor of my garage. Not only did it balance perfectly, but the ease with which we can move it around if needed is amazing! I cannot stress how much I recommend this product if you are considering purchasing it.

Works Incredibly Well for Jeep YJ Hardtop
I put this together in about 5 minutes. The directions are super easy to follow, and it is configurable for any Wrangler or CJ hardtop, you just use different holes depending on the model Wrangler you have. The person who left the bad review on this product put it together wrong! You can tell from the photos they put the middle support in backwards. With the YJ, use the outer holes per the instructions and screw everything together. I put the locking casters on the front of the carrier, and locked them in place while I set the hardtop in place. Once the hardtop was on the carrier, I unlocked the casters and can now easily move the top around the garage! It's perfect.I think this is a great value for any Wrangler owner, and as long as you can follow the instructions, it's a breeze to put together.

Easy, functional space-saver
This thing rules. It took 2 minutes to assemble, and I could load the hard top from the ground to the carrier by myself.Flipped the rear glass up; rolled the carrier up to it and put the brakes on; lifted one side up and rested it on the pad; repeated for other side; flipped the rear glass down; and tilted the top the rest of the way onto the carrier. Easy.I’ve read the reviews where buyers have claimed it scratched their tops. The only way I see that being possible is they either (1) assembled so the width didn’t match the model of their Jeep or (2) installed the padded piece facing the wrong direction.Buy it. Follow the instructions for your model. Enjoy being able to wheel your top into the corner of your garage.

BIGGEST PIECE OF S! Returned. It was a Fn disaster. DON’T BUY
If you are a JL owner don’t buy this piece of crap. As some of the other reviews mention the bolts don’t lineup so you have to use the JK set up. I haven’t even put my top on it yet and I’m scared, but I don’t really have a choice for now, so I’m gonna run with it and cross my fingers but I can’t explain the frustration of trying to put the castor into a spot that clearly doesn’t fit. I even TTried to use a rubber mallet to gently get it to fit and it ended up bending the bolt on the caster. OK maybe it wasn’t that gently... I was clearly frustrated. A project that should’ve taken no more than 10 minutes ended up taking me 45 minutes and I’m not even sure it’s going to be reliable enough to put my top on.
