I’m 114 lbs and 5’5”. am i a s or xs?

So I am 5’2” 128 lbs with my weight being all in my hips and thighs and the small was a weird fit, I have short legs long torso so the crotch was riding up tight while the hood could have fit me being 6 inches taller, it was also hard to squat or bend over because of the length, the legs and sleeves were perfect and could handle a taller person, it is just designed for people with a shorter spine I guess, because of this is go with the small, the tassels will make it look non form fitting either way so may as well give yourself some more room. The costume it’s self is awesome! But had to return for a medium.
