I would have liked the egg holders to have been slightly larger to accommodate bigger eggs. It was fine for bantams.

I purchased this incubator to hatch some duck eggs. 24 hrs prior to their hatching date the fan broke during the night and the incubator got exceptionally hot. I lost the whole batch in, what I can only describe as, horrific circumstances and was mortified. To add insult to injury, when I have requested a refund the seller is running me through a continuing loop of emails requesting photos and videos of the faulty product even after I have supplied them with videos and photos. I keep receiving requests for further videos and photos, and emails saying the seller doesn't understand the problem when I have explained very simply that the fan broke. I feel they are requesting the same information over and over again rather than dealing with my request for a refund in the hope I will get tired of the situation and let it rest. I won't! This product was faulty, it caused the death of my ducklings in a horrible way and the customer service following remains appalling. Do not buy this product, please.

Do not buy ,, I wish I had read reviews earlier ,Almost.hatched when it decides to blow up taking all the electrics with it ,I now have upset kids and am devastated that when eggs were candled before it blew up there were little chicks , people should not be allowed to sell faulty items that cause the death of a animal . Never again

I've tried twice and it still hasn't worked, I wouldn't recommend buying it. As the eggs need to be turned a few times in the day. And the temperature keeps going up and down even when you set it up.

What a waste of money if your thinking of ordering one don't bother mine stopped working 4 days before eggs due to hatch. requested a refund they replied when I had no access to internet do no refund either.Crap from start to finish

this product is crap, none of the eggs I incubated hatched they went rotten
