Does this include a lat bar?

Good afternoon, The specific Lat Bar accessory is only valid for the Encompass or Power Tower machines. The XLS comes with a Wing Bar attachment that is an all in one functional accessory that provides Lat bar, press bar, telescopic foot holder all in one attachment. Wing Bar Attachment exercises = Pull Ups, Shoulder Press, Abb / Core, Hamstring Curls. An extensive exercise manual and online virtual workout programmes that can be streamed from any device are also included in the price as standard.

Can it be configured for overhead presses?

Yes multiple applications over 100 exercises including, shoulder press, chest press, tricep press, bicep curl, pull ups, press, abbs, core, quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and Pilates leg pulley system includes.

How easy is it to move around once folded (does it have wheels, casters)?

There are no wheels/castors. However Its quite easy to move, we put a small piece of cloth under one end-lift the other and slide.
