ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES
This range has been on my Wishlist for years. They discontinued it and I was heartbroken. I didn’t want the newer model because they removed some of the features. The pictures are taken after I finished seasoning the oven. This would be your first step before ever using the oven. Please always remember to remove your divider and all racks before seasoning or cleaning your ovens. The Seasoning process puts a heavy chemical smell in the room. Please ventilate the room. It also gets very hot in the room. Keep all children and pets away from the kitchen. This step is important so you won’t pass these chemicals on to your foods. Overall I lucked up after years of continuous searching and found my dream range in the second largest appliance store in the US. It was way in Colorado and I am in Florida. It took a while but that was on the freight company. It was crated and palletized and in perfect condition. I already have most of the parts to my Samsung Suite but have one more piece to add and I am definitely purchasing it from them. They calmed my mind when I was concerned and communicated with me. They would get 10 stars from me. I don’t know if I am able to say their names but I do favor them now!The Pros:Works independently as a single or double oven with the divider in place. There is storage above the warming drawer for the divider when not in use.Yes, I said correctly, the bottom drawer is not for storage but it is an actual warming drawer with not just 1, but 3 settings for it.Cleaning: There is not only a Steam Clean Cycle but, there are not 1, but 3 Self Clean Cycles.Convection in both ovensAmazing oven racks, 3 and each is different. (The gliding rack is the ultimate best.)There is a Delay SettingThe oven is Smart, and can be controlled remotely. You will know any time an element is on because the knobs will highlight blue. ( As Shown In a Picture).Once the divider is in place and you use both ovens, you can truly bake in each oven using different settings. The Cons:The cooktop has to wiped immediately with any spills. (Please always use a clean cloth)The digital control panel comes on just from sneezing (Just Kidding). It comes on truly from standing in front of the range cooking, sometimes without you being aware of it. Always pay attention to what is highlighted in the panel. When I first got my range I made the warming drawer come on and didn’t know how to use it yet. I just happen to press it until it went off. Scary. This may be the reason this range was discontinued. That could be a fire hazard. You have to be very careful to never under any circumstances slide a pot or pan to another element. You will ruin the cooktop. I have always lifted my cookware from one eye to another.Learning to use the multipurpose knobs is a learning curve. ( like the triple element and the bridge ) The bridge is controlled by 2 knobs but the knob for the front element has 2 positions, 1 for the front element only and in the 2nd position it will light the front element and the center between the front and back elements to make it a bridge. It’s not a true con, but more of some getting used to.

Best oven made !!! for people who don’t cook
USELESS oven , Bought it two years ago and have been dealing with this nightmare ever since!! I am an avid baker and cook , This oven does not allow for successful meals do not purchase this was the worst $2500 I’ve ever wasted and now I have to deal with it in the oven does not maintain temperature and the knobs turn on if you brush by them...It is not a true double oven as the temperatures definitely affect each cavity I should’ve kept the GE I had it was a true double oven this oven is geared toward people who want a price of eye candy with Wi-Fi shiny knobs who don’t actually cook...

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
I have had this stove for a year now. It has some good features, and some really horrible features. The good: The double oven works great. We use it all the time. I store iron skillets in bottom half, so makes it easy if I just use top half, saves electricity, and is simple to use once you get the knack. Also, the range looks great. There is a high powered burner with three sizes -- large-diameter, medium-diameter and small-diameter. It heats quickly. The bad: The stovetop only has one large diameter burner and that is the high powered burner. This means that it doesn't have a large burner that you can simmer on. The one large burner is high powered, and even when set to low, water still boils on this burner (!!!). Everyone in my household burned everything for three months. My husband now refuses to use this burner. What all this means is that there is no large burner that offers simmering capability. I just have to move large pots to smaller burners when I want to simmer. When sauteing meats, I start at high to heat the pan quickly, add oil and then turn it down to 4 or so, add meat and then turn it down to 2 or even Low.The ugly: The stove knobs turn far to easily. If you lean against the stove, you can change the cooking heat on the high powered burner from low-small diameter burner to high-medium diameter burner (or from low-medium to high-large) in an instant. I consider this range to be a high fire hazard.

Nice Range
I am somewhat surprised at the other reviews here, I don't understand how folks are accidentally turning the burners on by bumping or brushing up against the knobs. On my range, the knobs are locked and have to be pushed in to unlock them or they will not turn. Could be Samsung fixed the issue with upgraded knobs. I have only had mine for about a month and really love it. It is a great looking unit and is feature-rich. My only complaint is that the timer "beeps" are not loud enough and there does not appear to be a way to increase the volume. The wireless capability is pretty cool as well, I can monitor what the range is doing from my smartphone. Overall, I am ver satisfied and am not concerned with the unit burning my house down.

FIRE HAZARD
I was so excited to purchase this double oven and have been waiting since last Thanksgiving to budget for it. What a horrible disappointment due to the touch screen and sensitivity of the knobs. The oven looks beautiful in my kitchen, but we had it installed less than a week ago and have accidently turned the warmer drawer on multiple times and brushed up against the knobs while pulling something out of the microwave and stove top got turned on HIGH. WOW, what a fire hazard. Please do your research because I am seriously shocked that Samsung does not currently have a recall on this item!!!! We do not have any small children at home and still find it to be extremely unsafe for my husband and I. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Started a fire twice
This appliance is terrible. The knobs turn on way to easily. I put groceries on the counter my hips must have pushed in and turned knobs and when I came back inside my groceries were on fire. It has done this several times when accidentally turned on. My dogs have even jump up for food on the stove and accidentally turned it on. Do not get this y’all
