Exceptional Quality and Fast Shipping – Worth Every Penny!
I couldn’t be happier with my STAUB Cast Iron Sauté Pan with Chistera Lid! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this pan was crafted with care and built to last. The sleek black finish is both elegant and timeless, making it a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The 3.7 L size is perfect for preparing everything from hearty stews to perfectly seared meats. The Chistera lid design is ingenious—it continuously bastes the food, ensuring everything stays tender and flavorful. The cast iron construction distributes heat evenly, which has taken my cooking to the next level.Cleaning is surprisingly easy, thanks to the enameled surface, and the pan retains its pristine look after each use. It’s as practical as it is gorgeous! What impressed me even more was how quickly it shipped from Japan to the US. I expected a lengthy wait but received my order in record time, securely packaged to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.STAUB has truly outdone itself with this sauté pan, and it has quickly become my go-to cookware. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a home cook looking to elevate your meals, this pan is a game-changer. I can’t recommend it enough!

This pot has quickly become my go-to - love it!
Love this pan! It's a bit heavy but worth it - it's incredibly useful and easy to clean. I've had a Le Creuset enameled Dutch oven for years and have had it replaced twice for crazing and cracking. Fingers crossed this one holds up. It's much easier to clean than cast iron and looks beautiful on the stove. i also love serving in it - it always looks good. It appears to be fairly nonstick as well.We did have an issue with delivery - the first time we received an empty package with a sticker on top that said "no contents". I contacted Amazon, and they told me all they could do was to issue a credit, but I would have to purchase another myself. They wouldn't exchange it. Not surprisingly, the price had increased a few dollars, but I ordered it anyway. That's on Amazon, as far as I'm concerned. This pot has quickly become my go-to. I love it!

Great everyday pan
Use it all the time. Perfect size for a family of four. Food doesn’t stick and it’s easy to clean. Looks great too.

Greatest Sauté Pan Ever
This pan never gets "put away" - we use it so often that it just sits (handsomely) on the cook top. It's incredibly well thought out, the perfect size for so many uses. The sides are a bit higher than most Sauté pans of this volume; liquid contents are less likely to spill. Using an infra-red thermometer, we've confirmed that It heats much faster than our beloved Lodge cast iron pans. The pan has two grab handles instead of the typical single, long handle. As a result, it fits easily in the oven, and even in our Breville toaster oven;. We use it so often that we just leave it on the cooktop most of the time. Set on an unused, back-corner burner, without a long handle, it doesn't interfere with other pots and pans that are being actively used.IMPORT SAFETY TIP - we bought the Matt black enamel version, and it looks great. But the Cherry Red glossy enamel version costs $60 less! (as of 21 Jan 25) and is functionally identical. Either is highly recommended.

Staub Delivers
Excellent. I love Staub cast iron and this one did not disappoint. I wasn't sure how much I'd use a braiser but turns out I use it a lot. This price was the best I've found at the time of purchase.

Worth the money
Love this pan. It cooks everything perfectly and looks beautiful. It’s great quality and worth the money. Much easier to clean than traditional cast iron so that’s a big plus.

Pot of the Year
My only complaint is there is nothing to complain about. The pot is perfect. I own all clad, Le Creuset and custom carbon steel; they are all great pots, but this is the one that lives on my stove. It does everything. I’m thinking of buying another one. The price is right.
