Does this item clip onto the waistband of a pair of pants or only slide onto a belt?

This is meant for a belt, but you can clip it on to a waistband

Is the package one option for one key clip or are there more in the package? Don't want to think I'm ordering 3 and get 15.

Does the clip slide over the top of a belt or does it have to have a belt fed thru it?

You can do both....i find its easier to slip the belt through....but if you forget to do so...you can clip over the belt too.

Do the keys hang low enough to be hidden inside your front pocket

Maybe if your key ring was long/large enough? For our patrol key set...no. I hate stuffing those into my pockets anyway lol
