Poor quality of workmenship
I purchased two closet shelf kits, after installing one of the kits I noticed a bow in the shelf caused by a defect in the product. The second kit was straight. The installation instructions were accurate and the hardware was high quality. Before installing the shelf, eyeball the length making sure it is straight.

Not worth it
Horrible one screw on each brace to go into the stud and braces don't screw into top shelf. The shelf just sits on top of braces. The top shelf does anchor into wall but I'm not convinced it is sturdy or will hold. Also wood scratches easily.
