Q: Can you trace onto paper with this?

If the picture/drawing/text ect. is placed into the board and then a blank page placed onto the board, then yes tracing would be possible.

Q: Anyone know where you can buy the markers for this?

The markers come with it, I’ve not had to get replacements yet
