Q: How do you stretch the straps in order to fit them? I ordered 20" straps following the directions given but can't stretch them enough to fit.

The chair to which I fitted the straps had one slot at the front and another at the back. The metal re-inforcement one the straps fitted in to the front slot and with a bit of effort to keep the chair steady I was able to stretch the strap(s) one at a time and fit them in to the slot at the rear of the chair.

on my chair they measure 18 then nearly 19 inches so what size do i buy
