AcuRite 00795A2 Galileo Thermometer with Glass Globe Barometer

Boyfriend saw this at a friends house, he thought it was neat and he asked for one for Christmas. He thinks it’s so cool, he watches it alot, he’s always talking about the temperature changes.. Highly recommend for that hard to buy for person.

The media could not be loaded.  Exactly what I wanted. Simple. Colorful. Cute. Accurate. Fairly easy to set up. When setting up you can not just fill it up in a super fast manner. It has a Doppler squeeze type fill up applicator so when filling up the blue liquid (which you can make your own color btw, or colorless if wanted I guess), but you need to have your own food coloring as it does not come with any. But anyways, you need to fill the water kinda slowly so it doesn't shoot up though the small tube on the right. But other than that it was way easier than I thought it was going to be.The only downfall is that the globe (blue part) on the right can get dirty/dusty inside depending on where you have it / how clean the area and air is in that location. For example, I put mines around my plants near the window and all the dirt and what not from the plants made it look kinda dusty looking when viewing from far away or on an angle. But in normal rooms, normal homes, this shouldn't happen.The temperature tube on the right is extremely accurate. Obviously it doesn't change much given that our indoor temp is always the same. So I put it outside to test it out and within 5mins it changed to the current outside temperature.The other part (sorry I can't remember the technical correct terms) but the blue globe part seems accurate for the most part but I'll have to look back in the instructions bc we are suppose to have a storm, and I thought that meant the blue dye was suppose to be higher up. But maybe it's just about the pressure in the air(??) And not storms(?) I'm not sure. I'm probably wrong per usual. But this is the perfect gift. Very cute. And it works! And u can customize the color. Just remember to already have the food coloring dye or purchase it as well 😊

in generale:istruzioni illeggibili sono solo in lingua inglese quindi non sono riuscito a capire come funzionano gli strumentiidem per i dati degli strumentile figure e le istruzioni sul cartone di contenimento soono in lingua inglese e riguardano solo il termometro, niente barometro, dimenticatotermometro:e' un termometro galileiano che ha le scritte sulle placche allegate ai gallegianti in gradi Fahrenheit! tipo 72°F, quindi e' impossibile conoscere sia la temperatura dell'ambiente dove e' sito il termometro sia la scala di funzionamentoho cercato sul cartone e sulle istruzioni "gradi centigrati" cioe' i gradi usati nei paesi non anglosassoni, non ho trovato niente, niente di nientebarometro:e' un barometro di Goethe ma sulle istruzioni in inglese Goethe non e' nominato!chiaramente e' impossibile capire le modalita' di pre caricamento del liquido e figuriamoci di funzionamentomi sembra di capire che cosi' come fornito il barometro non e' completo e quindi non puo' funzionarebisogna corredarlo con un liquido e con del colorante! e quindi provvedere all'acquistoper cui il prodotyo e' venduto non funzionante!tavoletta di supporto per termometro e barometro:ha un colore orripilante, proprio bruttain definitiva un prodotto venduto in Italia ma con istruzioni solo in lingua inglese, non completo, non funzionante, illeggibile impossibile farlo funzionare, tavoletta di colore indiscrivibileun prodotto con un prezzo elevato e di scarsa qualita'
