These bands are great, much more comfortable to use than the rubber ones and very strong. Feels like they will last a long time. All 3 bands are constructed with the same material, the only difference is their length, so the shorter one feels stronger strictly because it fits tighter around your legs. The only reason I only give it 4 stars is because it comes wrapped in a plastic bag, then in the sythetic bag, and each band is then wrapper individually in another plastic bag inside. This makes 4 completely unecessary plastic bags...shame! This company needs to rethink its packaging...

I bought these a couple of months ago mainly for glute isolation exercises. Absolutely love them. They are so much better than those cheap elastic bands. Fires up the glutes - you literally feel the burn!!! Highly recommend for those of you who like to do glute exercises. I never go to the gym without them. Amazing quality & they stay in place. Fast delivery also.

These are so good! A far cry from the rubber ones. They offer way much more resistance and stay in place. Great value for money on this set as you get 3. If you are a beginner the white one will do the job just fine and then you can progress to the other. Overall a great buy

Just what I wanted, these bands are built to last and are strong enough for meaningful exercise. Far better than the usual physio types these will really make your muscles work. In the end bought one for husband as well because he kept using them!

Absolutly brilliant product, I've been used to using resistant bands and was looking for somthing abit harder to do. Well 2 days after doing my workout with the easier band out of the 3 I can still feel how hard I worked my glutes and loving it. I cant wait to see the results.All in all great buy comes with a little bag to put them in which is very handy.

My PT swears by them and I'm finding them to be incredibly helpful in reactivating my glutes. My ass is on fire!! Hahaha.I just wish they hadn't needlessly used so many plastic bags in packaging them.

Bought these for my mum for christmas but we end up sharing because i love them so much. Will probably end up purchasing some for myself. Amazing quality!I don't really use the white band (biggest one) since it is too big but I would still purchase just for the other two.

This product is been amazing to target and wake up the lazy glutes before a heavy lifting session, a staple in my gym bag and routines. Spend a good 10mins activating to feel the burn and you'll get amazing gains!Already in the black one :)
