The ease of finding the right item: I not only work as a computer tech during the day, but I also do it on the side. I needed a new laptop screen. I was easily able to match the replacement screen via this seller's description. The seller made it clear to double check this and that before making the actual purchase. This process was simple.Did it work?: After removing the defective screen and installing this replacement screen, I was able to quickly test the monitor before putting the laptop's shell back on. No more black screen!!!! The computer logo appeared, and soon afterwards, the Windows log in screen appeared. Not one pixel was damaged, and the screen gave the laptop it's "new in the store" look and feel again.Summary: This was a very successful experience, from ordering, to receiving it, and finally seeing that the item worked and paired up nicely as the replacement screen. I highly recommend this seller.. They obviously do great business in my book, and I will see them out again as needed for future replacement screens.

Hi just bought this replacement got it same day as purchased just can’t seem to figure out why the screen is so dark? If anyone has any ideas please let me know this was my first time replacing a computer screen.

The color is off on the screen and it looks a little cloudy/shady. It fits and it works so I’m not going to change it again unless it gets worse.

Perfect fit! Now i can finally see my screen again without looking at those dead pixels ^^ Easy to install and great packaging. Wrapped in bubble wrap for day ^^ Definitely recommend this as a replacement for your HP laptop.

You have to be detailed about ordering laptop screens the # has to match. No proublems with this order,screen was perfect.

Fast and easy replacement. Watched the YouTube videos, dug out a small screwdriver and was able to change it out on my lunch break. Be careful not to lose the tiny screws... I dropped one on the carpet but was able to eventually find it.

Works like it should. Would gladly use them again.

Fit my laptop perfectly and was easy to install. I do notice "static" on gray images.
