I bought this for my daughter as a stocking stuffer and decided to skim through it. I ended up not skimming, but slowly reading every page and thinking how it relates to my life and the choices I have made in my life.Reading this book was relaxing. It teaches valuable lessons on life and encourages you to be more mindful.I ended up ordering another one for myself to reread when I need a reminder to slow down and just enjoy and cherish each day.

I bought this book simply because it was cute and seemed like a good gift for a dear friend. I ended up buying one for myself because its so great! Its super easy to read, not long or complicated, but still teaches valuable lessons and inspires the reader to be more mindful. I thought the author did a great job writing in a fun and modern way but still delivering on an important message. I recommend it to all teenagers and adults! great gift!

This book is super cute, but it is NOT kid appropriate. I ordered it as a birthday present for a 9 year old and thank God I flipped through it! Hahaha, just a fair warning to those ordering it! Apparently female sloths scream when they’re ready to mate, among other gems I found that would’ve made it difficult for my daughter to continue having play dates with her friend.

Gifted this little book to my sister. So that she could embrace her inner sloth on those days that you really want to get going but just can’t. We were both surprised to see that it not only was a sweet and funny book, but a book that contained actual awesome tips for relaxing and living stress free. Awesome book and at a great price!
