Absolutely delicious, if you are a ginger freak. I eat chunks to let my toes and fingers get a ration of blood. Ginger helps to encourage peripheral circulation. Ginger is a plant that is threatened world wide through a disease. How much better to be able to get a stock which may be used in curries, eaten as is and also use the syrup to sweeten ice cream etc. Good value. No complaints.
