Whats the best by date

It’s a very conservative estimate of when the flavor might lessen. I keep and use mine well after the “best by” date. I only use this for key lime pie.

What is the difference between this and just lime juice?

There is a definite difference in taste. Not as sharp as just regular lime.

Can this be used to flavor homemade yogurt?

Just a guess...I would think so. Depends if the yogurt specifies fresh squeezed. I use this for key lime pie and other key lime desserts.

This product has a relatively short storage life. Can unopened bottles be stored in freezer?

If bottle is full like anything else containing water it will expand when it freezes. Might burst.Freezing won't hurt the product much for some time. Might try putting in the freezer with the cap slightly open and tightening once it has frozen.
