I bought this skillet because I have an Induction range and I didn't see any reviews that said it didn't work well with Induction. When I used it the first time, I was trying to sear a steak. I never did get it properly seared. It cooked before it got a nice brown crust on the outside. I had it set on 7.5 which was burning the oil/butter in the pan. Later I cooked something that I would normally cook on a 6.5 and I needed to cook it on PB which is the setting I use to bring water to a fast boil. It is the very highest setting on the stove. I am keeping it, because I can cook many things with it (At a very high heat setting) but it is NOT what I thought I was buying. There is a plate on the bottom which I assume is steel, but not enough to do what it is supposed to do.

I just received my 11” frying pan. The bottom of the inside is crowned. The cooking oil runs to the outside edge. Their claim is that this pan is PFOA free. Unfortunately the coating is a combination of other fluoropolymer, PTFE (Teflon), PFA and FEP. I worked in the plastic industry for 50 years and all those fluoropolymers are basically soft so they will scratch off easily and they have temperature limitations. If you want to know how terrible fluoropolymers are, see the movie “Dark Waters”.This pan is poorly constructed, typical of products made in China.

This frying pan is fantastic. I actually didn't quite believe the good reviews but figured the contributors knew something I didn't. In other words, I had low expectations. Well imagine my surprise to discover how much I still love this pan after 3 months of almost daily use. It's a miracle at cleaning - wipe down, suds wash or dishwasher. My personal test was grill cheese sandwich. Never owned a pan that got the toasted bread and melted cheese just right. This one toasts it beautifully. Eggs? No problem cleaning up scrambled or omelet. Fried slide right out of the pan. And best of all: I am cooking other meats with little or no cooking oil. I plan to order another one like it, only smaller. I highly recommend this non-stick frying pan.

So glad I bought these pans recently!! Beautiful, heats quickly. I put a little bit of butter in the pan to cook eggs over easy. I really like this pan, It cooks well and cleans up very well, have had many pans before this one works great!

One of the reasons I replaced my previous fry pan is because the oil just kept moving to the sides and you will get stuck in the middle because of lack of oil. Guess what, this exact problem exists in this fry pan from day one. By design, its center is a little raised from the middle so any oil you pour will simply flow to the side, effectively forcing you to cook your egg or whatever you are cooking effectively without oil. And no you can't cook egg without oil on this fry pan without getting it stuck on the surface, that's a lie as well.

I have been using only this frying pan since I received it. This pan is quiet light weight then my previous ones, it works exactly same as written on description, nothing sticks on and very easy to clean. I don’t use any oil, frying spray and butters to fry my meals. I used to use many kind of pans but no one of those worked as shown on their description.This pan is highly recommendable!If you wants to see how it’s work on reality see my photos.

After cooking for a couple of days with this nonstick pan, honestly it is fairly out of my expectation in terms of "truly nonsticking" and quick heating, the fact is tha I could easily make more than three omelette or fried eggs within ten mins which saves more time for me before work.

Bought this pan to replace a nonstick pan I had for a while. this is wonderful. Good size and just wipes clean. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, chicken, burgers, it's so easy. Will buy another size to use for smaller things.
