They work for what I need
However, one of the spray heads provides a gentle mist, while the other could cut metal. Ouch.

Good Nasal Spray Bottles
You're getting what you expect with these. Some of the nozzles do break like some of the comments say, so I would suggest getting the 6 pack for a few extra bucks. I've had some nozzles last me months with no issue. Others don't last quite as long. But when you have five backups, it's really not a huge deal. I could maybe take a star away, but I don't know how much of the issue is the nozzle, and how much of the issue is what I'm putting into the spray. Sometimes I have dissolved powder in the spray and I'm sure the nozzle isn't made to handle that. But like I said, I've still had some nozzles last months. As for the bottles themselves, 0 issue ever. I've dropped them and they've never broken or anything.A good solution to the nozzle problem would be if they sold replacement nozzles separately. But that would cut into their bottle sales so I'm sure that won't happen.Long story short, get the 6 pack, you'll be set for months.

This is a very good product, especially for the price!
I got this product because I wanted to use medicinal salt for my sinuses and I needed a bottle to dispense the salt water after I mixed the salt with clean water. This product is very good because it gets every last drop. All you have to do is tilt it properly when it's getting close to empty. The only negative I've noticed, which I don't really blame the bottle design, is that overnight the salt can dry up inside the dispenser tip and clog it. I haven't perfected dealing with this, but I've been using a combination of running the tip under water and gently pumping the solution from the bottle into the system to moisten it. I have forgotten to do this a few times, unfortunately, and a small piece that fits inside the tip pops off due to the pressure if it's clogged and you pump it too hard. It's very easy to put the piece back on, but the piece is very small and easy to lose, also. For that reason I'm ordering an extra set. At this price, why not?

CHOKING HAZARD! LEAKS!
I want to state up front that my bottles are not defective. They're poorly designed and a choking hazard.I purchased 2 of these to make a DIY nasal spray. Mixed up my solutions and used the first bottle for 3 days. From day 1 the bottle leaked when shaking it. It leaks from the area where the top telescopes from the base. This is not a fitment issue and there is no way to fix it. If you mix iodine in these then prepare to have permanently staining iodine everywhere when you shake it up. I had to wrap it in a napkin to shake it.On the 3rd day I was using it and snapped the cap back on it. It felt like Something was stuck in the back of my throat. I was wheezing and coughing for 10 minutes. I went to get a drink of water. Took a deep breath and coughed. That's when the aerator flew out of my mouth and hit the floor. I was shocked. I could have choked to death. The aerator is a tiny piece. Just smaller than a baby aspirin. They apparently press it into the nozzle for attachment. There couldn't have been more than 50 pumps ran through this thing before it shot up my nose undetected! I pressed the piece back in and did a test pump. It shot right off and was lost. I've attached a photo to show the two nozzles. The one missing the aerator is on the right. The aerator should have been molded into the nozzle. A press fit piece that tiny on the tip of something you stick up your nose and pressurize while inhaling is a recipe for choking. The engineer should be fired and these products should be recalled and never sold again with this design. This is an AWEFUL and DANGEROUS design flaw. People use these things on their infants!
