It's a good punch needle although doesn't have much feature it looks and feels nice. Easy to set up. It's a bit small but I find it easy to use.

I like this small neat little punch needle. It comes in a pack with three sized needles that you simply insert and tighten with a screw. You can make the needle longer or shorter as you like. It's easy to thread the yarn. This set is suitable for finer yarns and cottons. Very happy with this product.

I am new to punch needle and bought this Lavor needle and it's brilliant. Nice and easy to use and comes with instructions and adjustable. Fantastic purchase

The product arrived quickly and exactly as described. The instructions are fairly clear and easy to follow although I'd suggest watching a few YouTube videos too if you're a beginner like me. It definitely needs a lot of practice to get it right, which is why I'm giving it three stars. It's not a bad product at all but if you're looking for something quick and easy (like me) it's probably not the best.

Absolutely love it!!!!! It took me a few days to make a decision whether I wanted to buy it or not just because I thought it might be far to small for my hands. However, it won me over, especially the fact that I could tell by the pictures that it was very good quality which was confirmed on delivery of the product. Although, I was a bit nervous about the size, as soon as I saw it all the nervousness went away and I was immediately pleased that I had purchased it (and I do have large hands). Very good quality as predicted, nicely packaged, lovely sturdy wooden handle. And absolute pleasure to work with. Very good reasonable sized needles as well. I have been working with a range of different sizes yarns and it has worked very well. Very pleased with it and would recommend.

This is a great punch needle, especially for the price!The different needle sizes is a massive plus, you can use embroidery skeins in the smallest, thin yarn in medium and standard yarn in the biggest (not suitable for extra chunky yarns).Adjusting the loop length is easy too, I use a ruler to measure it so the loops are even. The longest the needle will go is around 4.5cm, I found tightening the screw tricky at times but if you use the corner of your top to get a better grip you can secure it nicely (don't use pliers!!)I was dubious about buying after seeing some negative reviews but having experienced similar issues (such as screw coming loose, not punching efficiently etc) I realised it's all down to the user/material/yarn and once you know what materials to use it's amazing and efficient!If you're struggling to punch through the fabric then you're probably using the wrong fabric! It does NOT need sharpening. A non-stretch fabric with a looser weave is essential for punch needle embroidery.
