I've been using the wonderful One stethoscope for more than 4 years in my full-time clinical work. It has been a work horse -- consistently functioning the same today as the first day I used it, providing great sound to compensate for my hearing impairment. Auscultation streams in real time from the One to my hearing aids via Bluetooth through the hearing aid streamer device.

This stethoscope is a great tool for anyone in the medical field. As a doctor with some hearing loss this works well with and without hearing aids. Works great with Bose sound true head phones, beats solo 3 and ear buds. If something does break on the stethoscope they have excellent customer service (even if you were the one to spill water on it). I have had regular stethoscopes and other digital but this is by far the best! The only one that I have found that works with hearing aids. Battery lasts at least a week even in a busy practice.

I have used this scope since it was first released (And still have my original Thinklabs stethoscopes as well). I cannot go back to an acoustic stethoscopes (Spoiled, I guess). The ability to keep it in your pocket (+/- draping the pleasantly long earphone wires over your shoulder) makes it extremely ergonomic and comfortable to carry. Recharges from any USB port and literally will last weeks of daily use before needing a charge. It’s capabilities are beyond my needs, but my ability to hear in a noisy environment is well worth the price. Highly recommended!
