This was way better than I expected, very durable, good quality, and practical -all except for the little tap thingy, which is clearly in the wrong place, but I just don't use it. One tip when using, if the liquid is not moving and you feel like your on a drip lol, you have to remove the enema pipe from a little (it seems..... to get some sort of air flow) and that seems to get the coffee flowing rather quickly and nicely, once flowing its very quick around 4 minutes or less in total.Overall I was really impressed with how easy this was to use. If needed I would definitely purchase again.The health benefits i've experienced since using the enema are immediate and amazing, Mental Clarity being the first, and most beloved lol. Skin glowed almost straight away, reduced my eye bags and acne- no more, amazing for any kind of digestive problems, This is going to be a life time practice for me. Recommending to all of my friends. :-D p.s I use Marley Jamaican organic coffee, also bought from amazon.

I bought this as a replacement kit for a similar set up where the blue bag had split. It has everything you need for a home enema / colonic so there isn't much to add. The kit is good for home or travelling. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to clean. The price is very reasonable and if you do need to replace it, eventually, doesn't hit the pocket hard. t wouldn't use any other type of kit.

Given the price the kit is sturdy and does the job. If you are looking for a cheap priced product this is good value. However buyers should be aware that the kit does not come with a catheter, which is why some reviewers say its a bit short. Most catheters should fit. For those that don't know, a catheter is a thin tube that is designed to be inserted into the anus. Using catheters allows the kit to be used by more than one person, and one can replace a catheter after each use, or as needed without having to replace the whole kit. I have to take enemas for health reasons and was really against it. With this product it is very easy to do.The bag is quite big allowing for 2 litres of liquid and there are increments for every half litre. I hang the bag on my bedroom door coat hook the hose nearly touches the floor this way and I lie on the bed, a perfect height. To allow the enema to flow into you just turn the switch I found it very easy to control.There are two inserters the long one is for the anus, I've never used the shorter one. The inserter is in two pieces just screw them together. It is a very simple design so they are easy to clean.To clean I just unscrew the inserter from the flow thing and put in a glass jar with cooled boiled water and apple cider vinegar, a very old but safer (chemical free) cleaning ingredient. After every use I clean the bag with cooled boiled water and apple cider vinegar I pour it into the bag with the inserter closed leave for a few minutes and allow it to drain.The inserter is very easy to put into the anus sometimes I don't even lubricate, I can't feel it once it is in. I have been using the kit daily since the 14th June, today is the 20th, I have noticed a marked change in me, I am no longer as moody and angry as I once was, I'm always in a good mood. The first few days it was difficult to hold the coffee for the recommended minimum of 10 minutes but I can now do that, so please be patient and don't give up. I've also noticed I can hold the enema longer at night than first thing in the morning and give yourself 20 to 30 minutes to do it, don't let the enema go in all at once or you'll have a nasty accident keep turning the flow off letting it stay a while and then proceed.The kit comes with a leaflet which is worth reading, there are various recipes on types of enemas to use like aloe vera, coffee and herbal teas. It also tells you how to use the kit. The kit comes with a carry bag and the bag itself folds up so you can carry it around with you discreetly and the tube should be coiled carefully to prevent kinks.I searched long and hard before deciding on this product and I think it was a great purchase for a first time user. The bag must be replaced after 50 uses and I'll probably get this again. One final point after you pour your enema into the bag let it flow through a little to allow air pockets to clear, air is very dangerous in the anus or vagina.I know this review is long but when I was searching for a kit I wanted as much information as I could find, I hope it helps someone.

There are instructions now included. Although I don't see how difficult it can be to understand the basic principle;-)For a tenner you get some kit that keeps you healthy/clean. Perfect for travel. Of course it wont last decades-go up market if you want that. But for discreet, easy to pack, xray @ airport "quiet" it's a done deal. We spend a lot looking beautiful/healthy on the outside (well, I do). No harm being healthy on the inside too. For the price and knowing cheap imports @ same price are far worse this gets top marks.

This was a great item to use but after 2 uses it stopped working. the pipes were completely clean and clear but the flow of water was not there at all. Very sturdy and robust but because it stopped working after 2 uses, unfortunately, i wouldn't recommend it.

This is a really simple to use Enema kit.Quiet basic in design & function but works a treat.Just follow the the instructions included.The kit consists of a 2 litre pouch & a5 foot length of tubing with on/off valve.With two different attachments ie- vaginal/anal a simple storage bag.This order was delivered in less than five daysby Manifest Health Limited.Whilst, there are more costly enema kits out there,This is a great learner kit to learn the Ins & Outs as it where.Would thoroughly recommend it.
